Windermere Education WWA’s Cancellation Policies
Student Reservation Cancellation Policy
Students who hold reservations for classes and need to cancel must do so one business day prior to the class. Windermere Education will refund the full amount of tuition for cancellations given within this time frame.
**No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations given on the day of class.**
Class Cancellation Due to Inclement Weather Conditions
In the instance of inclement weather conditions, Windermere Education follows the Seattle School District:
If the Seattle School District is closed for the day due to inclement weather (snow, ice, flooding, etc.), any classes scheduled at Windermere Education that day will be cancelled. Windermere Education will work on rescheduling the course as soon as possible and will contact all of the students enrolled with the new class date once it has been secured.
If the Seattle School District has a delayed start due to the weather conditions, any classes scheduled at Windermere Education that day will continue to be held at the regularly-scheduled time.
If a class is cancelled due to weather conditions, Windermere Education will update its office voicemail message. Feel free to contact the office to verify if a class will be held: 206/526-7612.

I planning which courses to take to fulfill my required hours, I noted (sadly) that there are few courses taught by Renee Chatalas. She is, by far, the most engaging, eloquent and inspiring instructor I’ve experienced thus far. Certainly she’s busy with her own business, but I (and I’m sure many others) would be thrilled to see more classes taught by this incredibly bright and savvy instructor.
